If I live outside the area but want to use the service, can I do it?
Initially, Clean Go provides services only in pre-designated areas to ensure that customers receive quality services according to standards.
If you are outside the area, you can contact the team to investigate further possibilities.
Is there an additional charge for the service area?
What are the Clean Go team's opening hours?
The Clean Go team is available daily from 07.00–19.00.
If it is a village/condo, do I need to ask for any special permission?
It depends on the requirements of each project.
In the case of using water: The customer must provide a water point or service location and notify the legal entity before each operation.
In the case of waterless washing: You can take action immediately, just notify the juristic person and there must be enough space to open the car door around the car.
How long does the process take?
